CES 2012: Exclusive Interview with Victorinox
Blame it on the fact that they can transform anything into a Swiss Army knife, but every year at CES, we get excited to see the new ways that Victorinox uses USB flash drives. This year, the leader in Swiss Army knives is going BIG in terms of storage–big as in 1TB. To give you perspective, 1TB is equivalent to the storage of approximately 50,000 trees turned into paper and printed.

This year’s annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2012) is just days away from descending on the desert city of Las Vegas. With 1.6 million square feet of exhibit space and more than 140,000 attendees, it’s expected to be a melting pot of sheer geekery, booth babes and eye-opening trends. And Premium USB would know. As attendees of last year’s show, we brought you all the latest updates on USB gadgets and related items that make the world go round. This year, we’re anticipating a whole new crop of innovation and fun.

2011 Year in Review: USB Technology Milestones!
The year 2011 has been an exciting one in the flash drive and USB technology worlds. While we’re poised to look forward into 2012, let’s take a look back at some of the milestones Premium USB was a part of or reported to you.
- The year started out with our adventures at CES. This is where we first spotted flash drive trends that included durability as a primary selling point and increased use of USB 3.0.
- The influx of rugged flash drives inspired our comprehensive USB durability test. Our tests were captured on video and posted on YouTube for everyone to see.

Holiday Wishes From Premium USB!
As we rev up for the holiday weekend, we want to take this time to wish you a very merry Christmas. As you can see from our company Christmas tree photo, we’re all about the holidays. Colleagues participate in the Secret Santa exchange (and come out with some pretty awesome gifts!). We hold a massive potluck and give out awards that recognize our stellar employees. It’s a great prequel to our holiday vacation time.
This year has been an important one for Premium USB as we’ve embarked on new territory with USB 3.0 drives and continued to expand our custom flash drive services. We appreciate your business every step of the way.
