Premium USB Introduces Flashscots: Collegiate USB Flash Drives
Premium USB is proud to debut an entirely new category of products—collegiate USB flash drives, which are also known as Flashscot custom USB drives. The launch of our university flash drive series has been months in the making. We’ve been hard at work designing mascot USB drives as well as obtaining the proper rights to use collegiate artwork and branding from the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).
In an effort to reach out to new customers, these Flashscots fulfill a two-fold demand. First, they display school pride and identification through the use of officially licensed mascot and logo designs on the bodies of every USB.
Second, Flashscot USBs address the need of the collegiate sector to provide sufficient digital storage for a wide range of university users—from the student who needs one for homework to the professor who wants to go paperless and distribute coursework via USB to school administrators looking to hand out flash drives to prospective students as incentive. Maybe you’re just a die-hard fan; now your personal and professional storage can reflect that.
What’s more is that these flash drives are retail ready for student bookstores, college merchandise shops and more. By coming assembled in sturdy Flashscot packaging, they are immediately ready to be used in any capacity, whether it’s distribution to vendors or straight to the end users.
The launch of our Flashscot collegiate USB drives is only growing. The first four schools we are offering include Gonzaga University, University of Utah, Northern Arizona University and Brigham Young University. For each school, we are offering at least four different styles to address a range of user applications and style preferences.
For example, the Revolution Gonzaga USB flash drive gives users the option to go simple, lightweight and capless while showing off contrasting logos and colors on opposite sides.
The Data Card Gonzaga flash drive also uses different designs on each side of the drive while allowing more room to show off school colors. Our Data Card flash drives also look like a business or credit card and can easily fit into a wallet, pocket or backpack.
The Supreme Utah Utes flash drive and other college Supremes boast the look and feel of the traditional flash drive while adding a subtle touch of school spirit.
Last but not least, there’s our custom rubber college USB drives. For example, the Louie Lumberjack flash drive is all about detail and fun. It uses school colors, accurate detail of the mascot and a clever way to reveal the USB connector.
