Express USB Drives: 1-5 Days
At Premium USB, when we say that we offer Express Service on USB Flash Drives, we really mean Express. Recently a client of ours contacted us in a bit of a panic. They needed 200 Custom USB flash drives and were in an extreme rush; so much so that they asked us if we could get the order shipped the very same day! Normally this would pose a problem for some other companies, but for Premium USB, we said, “Sure, no problem.”
The customer’s custom USB order was placed at 1:15pm. This left us only a few hours to get everything ready, approved, and shipped out the door. So at 1:15pm the whole team at Premium USB went into action. We began by receiving artwork and digital content files from our client. By 3:30pm our graphics department had made sure the artwork was ready to go, and received final approval on the artwork for print. By 3:53pm we also had received digital content approval and were given the go-ahead to start the production process. So in under 3 hours, we had collaborated with our client to get this super rush order ready for production. The only thing left was to product the USB drives and ship them out.
At this point, our production crew sprung into action and began printing artwork and copying digital content onto each of the 200 USB flash drives. This process would normally take some time, but on such a short deadline, we had to work fast, accurately, and assure utmost quality while producing the drives.
By 5:10 that afternoon, merely 4 hours after the order was placed, all 200 Custom Printed USB Flash Drives were ready to go and were shipped off. Now 4 hours in the Custom USB industry is insanely fast; where average orders take 10-14 business days to complete, but for Premium USB, it was a typical afternoon.
