Premium USB: How We are Changing the Industry
Here at Premium USB, we like to think of ourselves as boundary pushers because we like to push the boundary of customer service and satisfaction. It is our belief that every customer should walk away happy and pleased with the custom flash drive or numerous other products they ordered from us.
So in the spirit of customer service, Premium USB is currently undergoing testing using a NEW USB printer that, when fully tested and dialed-in, will allow us to not only print on nearly any USB surface, but be able to do so much faster than traditional methods. What this means for you is that we will be able to offer much faster turn times on custom printed USB flash drive orders!
We are currently still in the testing phase and have no ETA on when we will be able to offer this new printing method, but the important thing to remember is that all of the printing is being done in-house, are completely controlled by Premium USB, and is being done in the USA. This ensures that your drives go through a rigorous quality check process before getting sent to your doorstep or tradeshow location.
By offering USB printing for custom flash drives here in the states, we are able to cut out the unnecessary, long, turn times associated with custom printing. Traditionally, USB drives might have to be custom printed at the factory in China before being sent here to the states; which eats up precious days and unexpected delays may occur due to quality issues.
Many of our drives such as the Supreme, Alpha, and Ultra are well underway and are in the final stages of testing. These are just a few drives that are near completion, with many more on the way.
