But the paradox of whether to do in-house printing or to outsource your job has always been a tough decision. Factors such as budget, time, and quality are always an issue.

Perhaps that is why TEAC not too long ago released an updated version of their famous USB printer named the TEAC P-55C-ST. The P-55C predecessor, the P-55B, was the world first and only dye-sublimation printer for USB flash drives when it was released. TEAC has expanded on this ground breaking technology with the P-55C-ST USB printer and has upped the USB drive printing capacity to 6 drives per pass.

The TEAC P-55C-ST thermal USB printer allows for 3x as many drives per pass as its predecessor. This helps on the cost of thermal ribbons because instead of doing one driver per row, it does three! It is also faster than the P-55B. Each printer prints a batch of USB drives in under a minute, but 6 drives compared to 2 drives, it’s pretty easy to see which one is faster.

Despite being the predecessor to the P-55C, the P-55B is still a phenomenal USB printer. It’s fast, reliable, great for low printing volumes and obviously solid construction as it did spawn the P-55C. Also both TEAC printers boast an incredible 400 DPI print capacity and print in four-color CMYK, so you know you will get vivid prints every time.
